Sweetlife® Sugar Free Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter (softened)
50g light cream cheese (softened)
90g (1/2 cup) of sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix
½ teaspoon of bi-carb of soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method:
1-Cream softened cheese and butter together in a bowl.
2-Mix sweetlife Chocolate Bake Mix with bi-carb
soda and sieve into a bowl.
3-Beat for 2-3 minutes until combined.
Add vanilla extract.
4-Spread evenly over cooked Fudgy Brownies.
Cut into 16 servings.
